Cacao Circles
Cacao found me at the same time as breath - through an FBR facilitator trained in a lineage of cacao. She passed it down to me through dieta and ceremony, and I trained under her in how to hold sacred ceremony.
What to expect
This is an intimate container, capped at 6.
We open together with cacao. From there, we move through meditation and visualisation, guided bodywork, and music - held space to feel whatever is present, without needing to explain it.
We close with time to reflect and integrate before you leave.
